Half pot seems small on the turn , i would go closer to pot like .30 , great river as'well bringing in the flush , id just shove the river.

turn seems too small indeed, he has so many hands that can call you from draws to Ax+. def shipping river as played

Don't be so result oriented, i saw weirder things at nl2 than a guy calling psb with TP.

I would bet approximately 25bb on the turn and shipped the river. If you bet more you will invest more than 1/3 of the effective stack of the BTN player and then you are committed. Off course a fish on NL2 don’t count that, but he looks like a decent player based on his stats.

I think this line and these bet sizes look fine.
Pre and flop are ok.
OTT you could bet slightly bigger but this bet size already gives villain slightly incorrect odds to call and he will have less than psb OTR. So I see no problem with that.
OTR you basically want to either bet very small to get calls from wide range but shoving and targeting flushes and maybe some 7x is totally fine and I prefer this option too.

A 50% turn bet is fine, but on the low side, against a good opponent. He either has you beat (AA) or has max 7 outs except for with the single holdings 8♥:9♥: or 8♣:9♣:. It really depends on how prone you are to call a big river bet if a scare card hits. The board is drawy. The cheaper you make it, the more often you'll face a river bet on a scare card. Thus if you make it cheap, you have to call pretty wide (or you get bluffed out much).

Against less good opponents, always bet bigger, since they think they have the right odds to call.

Bomb the turn, there's so draw hands you *could* have here
And and that your opponent can call
