R&a 1.1$ rebuy period is over, 8min blinds. Utg is quite tight, but I think his range here is quite wide- he has to make a move with his 6BB stack. Sadly the guy behing wakes up with the goods

It’s indeed a standard push with 88. Too bad it didn’t worked out this time.

I would use the 3 trial calculations per day of icmizer first before I would buy it. Off course you need an account there, but that isn’t a problem I think.

I think that will work better then free tools like ICM trainer with only example hands.

ICMizer or HRC it's a matter of preference thereafter.

Try free trial period of both and then choose which one.

Without ICM, a shove here can basically never really be a losing play although you have to think about these things:

1. Why the fuck is he minraising a 6.5bb stack? This is very tricky!
2. Do you ever believe you have fold equity?
3. You should take his stats into consideration, although it's only 24 hands.

If I put a 5% pushing range into Nash, he says 8's is a fold. He needs to push around 12.5% of hands to make 8's profitable here and in a vacuum, he should ALWAYS push WAY more than 12.5% but given his stats, I'm not 100% sure. If he was openshoving, I was happily reshoving now it's feels like you have no choice but it's pukecity.

Just saying you need to look furder then just the amount of blinds and your hand. Even a simple timing tell might give something away here.

1. min raise with this stack should sound Alarm as it is usally a monster with this type of player -( kinda i want action raise). But i think he knows that ( using his image) and will open or shove wider than his stats suggest, cause next hand he is in the blinds so he has to do somthing.
2.No, but u never know with these type of guys, maybe he folds JT,87,89,K8s,K9,A2 smthing like that - it is 1.1$dollar rebuy:f_p: . I was just expecting iam flipping most of the time and i am willing to take it, super happy about the times when i see his 22-77,A2-A8 of course.
3. So if i have a bigger sample of hands and the villan is open raising only 4% i ll fold

Point 2 you say hey it's a 1$ rebuy you can expect anything. In point 1 your say he's on that kind of level he is minraising "trashier hands" because of his image? Sounds a bit contradictory to me.
That being said, he has openend at least one hand so you could've checked out what he did and what the outcome was, this minraise might just be his thing all the way untill he busts, i don't know.

3. I'm not saying that right, I'm saying you should take them into consideration. You should take all three points into consideration:
What are we dealing with here? A player who seems VERY tight minraises UTG from a 6.5bb stack. First of all, a good solid player would never have a minraising range utg as he knows that minraising here is simply nuts and nuts only. So we can say that villain isn't very good. Our read that he is tight is from ONLY 24 hands so he could've just been carddead all the time.

As I said in my previous post, I think I'd still go with it after I puked around in my room for 15 seconds. I'm just saying there's more to it than "Oh, this is a standard shove right?" as you stated in the thread's title.
