Hero (SB): $42.74 (171 bb)
BB: $35.43 (141.7 bb)
UTG: $48.20 (192.8 bb)
MP: $12.98 (51.9 bb)
CO: $22.24 (89 bb)
BTN: $40.80 (163.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q♥: Q♦:
2 folds, CO raises to $0.50, BTN folds, Hero raises to $1.90, BB folds, CO calls $1.40

Flop: ($4.05) 7♠: 8♥: 3♦: (2 players)
Hero bets $2.20, CO raises to $5.65, Hero???

Preflop: 3betting for value. CO is completely unknown.

Flop: Cbetting for value. Average opponent doesn' raise flop cbets in 3bet pots very often, so I think I can even fold vs unknown and expect to be vs two pairs + almost always.

I put it into equilab, giving villain this range JJ-77,33,T9s,87s,87o (T9s is maybe too optimistic) and it´s very close to coinflip. So I´d fold this one.

I am not sure that villain will raise 99-JJ here.
Folding is fine.
