888 Poker - 50/100 Ante 10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: 15.65 BB (VPIP: 28.88, PFR: 21.58, 3Bet Preflop: 11.24, Hands: 1,333)
Hero (BB): 12.3 BB
UTG: 16.95 BB (VPIP: 35.15, PFR: 26.28, 3Bet Preflop: 9.80, Hands: 171)
CO: 37.35 BB (VPIP: 49.15, PFR: 17.86, 3Bet Preflop: 9.52, Hands: 59)
BTN: 7.75 BB (VPIP: 22.84, PFR: 17.46, 3Bet Preflop: 8.33, Hands: 200)

5 players post ante of 0.1 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2 BB) Hero has 9♥ 7♥

fold, CO calls 1 BB, fold, SB calls 0.5 BB, Hero checks

Flop: (3.5 BB, 3 players) 8♣ T♣ 3♥
SB checks, Hero bets 1.75 BB, CO calls 1.75 BB, fold

Turn: (7 BB, 2 players) A♥
Hero bets 9.45 BB and is all-in, fold,

Opponent cbet flop 100% (small sample), and fold to cbet 78% (small sample). I don't want to face a bigger than 1/2 cbet from him - so I set myself a price with FE from opponent, when he calls my bet I decided to overbet all in with 1 card to come and FE again.

Don’t forget we are in a limped pot and is Cbetting out of the question, because there is no player with initiative. In this situation with our 6 clean outs for the straight on the flop I would try to hit my draw as cheap as possible against 2 players. I don’t think you will let then fold to often and 1 of the players can easy have a flush draw that has more equity than our hand. Also made hands like top pair or better will never fold.

As played the ace is off course a nice bluff card, but against a fish I wouldn’t do that. I don’t think he would fold to often draws and Tx hands. It’s not too likely the ace will help someone here.

Cheers,

Small blind is good reg on the limit, he will lead his made hands unless set, the fish would raise my bet with made hand and will continue with draws and 2nd,3rd pair etc by just call .

Your goal is to win the pot right away on the flop and I don’t think that will happen too often. Especially against the fishy player. Off course you have the backdoor flush draw and straight draw and there will be a lot of good turn cards for you if you keep the pot small I think.
