I think your 3-bet is OK preflop. We have to include some bluffs in there; I’d probably flat AQs.

I guess we could check behind OTF for a free card, but then maybe it’s too obvious what we have if we bet when we hit. Out of interest, what was your plan if you didn’t improve OTT?

All-in donk OTR just looks too suspiciously like nuts after two calls. It just rarely seems to be a bluff and we could consider the exploitative fold. Of course, he could do this if he’s holding KQ for the second-nut straight, but then maybe he’d raise the turn? So tough to find a fold in this spot and you only need 26.3% equity!

I’d make a note that he’s prepared to defend against 3-bets with a hand like that.
