I would play this hand as well, because we are playing against fish. And fishes likes to bet 3streets with some air. Against reg it would be close OTT, but still is a call imo against the small sizing and OTR is a quite tricky. But we are on the top of our range, but still he can have some 6x hand. Firstly I will call and write it down a note.

I don't mind calling twice. His 2 small bets are equivalent to 1 large bet, and I would call 1 large bet on the Flop anyway. Besides you picked up additional equity on the Turn.

Once you hit something on the River, call obviously.
