The CO will bet with at least an ace on the turn and you hit the flush 8 out 46 times (17,4%). The Q and T could be alive as well sometimes and then you get 5 outs (10,8%) more, but that isn’t to likely. Even then you need to call 2,04 to win a total of 6,93 and then you need 29,4% equity to make a call profitable and that’s even with 5 extra outs not the case and is folding better.

We cannot fold 2nd P+draw on turn!!!
