Villain does not have a full stack, no other info on him here.

OTF the board hits BB calling range quite hard. I am ahead only of non-spaded Axs, plenty of SC are in great shape.
On the other hand my 9c blocks a lot of draws, therefor I decided to cbet small, and fold to a raise,

OTT I see no value in betting, other than folding out non spade hands

OTR villain bets pot. I can see him assuming that I am capped below TP, I missed by draw or whatever. He could be betting TT, JJ, for value....

so call or fold? He must have plenty of missed draws as well

You're up against a probable fish, do you really think he'll think this way?

He has a good hand -> he bets pot. We have a very bad bluffcatcher -> easy fold.
