AQs in small 3way 3bet Pot vs small bets

In my learning process, I like to comment hands and starting up attributing a range for the villain in BB position.
As you didn't inform any reading about he I'd consider as a TAG player, because, I narrowed it. BB range of 3bet: JJ+, AQ+ and sometimes KQ versus UTG open raise. A polarized range will not be barreling twice
I think pre-flop is ok a call
I think BB bet of flop was quite good, because, it wasn't a wet board and you keep calling just with hands with decent odds.
Turn bet around 30% was a good size. If you consider he has an overpair or a pair what hands do you gonna continue calling? On the other side, if you had ahead with any K pair, against a possible JJ or QQ, he kept aggression and pot control strategy.

I dont see betting twice into 3bet pot as a truly effective pot controlling strategy, in my eyes it's quite the opposite.

All in all I think I would continue with all drawing hands - probably I would raise some of them for foldequity - like 89s, any heart flush draw - of course I would continue as well with made hands like Kx and probably all hands that made a pair which aren't many. Since I do 4bet at least some of my hands, my call 2 3bet range in this spot is even weaker.

Yeah you are right, this is a super dry board, so maybe betting smallish and twice isn't too bad?! I am now more convinced than before that Villain's strategy isn't the worst

I have no clue what this min 3-bet means..
I think with a minbet like that you can 4-bet to 12BB or some. I think it generates tons of folds and when not at least you know more where you are.

I probably would not even call that flop bet. (I don't see many outs and the board is paired).

preflop: Your call is ok. He will have some hands in his 3bet range that you can beat, even against UTG, because of his small bet size. You have the odds, you call.

flop: Here, i don’t like your call. It is true: the board is dry, and even with a bet less than 1/2 pot there are no draws that can correctly call. Only top or overpairs, perhaps some middle pairs may call here. Your AQs beats a pure bluff (which is a reasonable assumption, but only one), it has 3 outs for overpair, a backdoor flush draw and a runner-runner-straight draw. Or in other words: you have nothing but a bluff catcher. And he will have more than a bluff in most hands. So i’d like to fold otf.
