Most of the time, when I have a hand PF that doesn't play well MW OTF, it's not a monster and I'm at the blinds, I don't know if I should raise or if simply complete/call and hope for a miraculous-flop-that-wont-ever-happen.
For example, this hand:

The problem of not raising here PF, IMHO, is: which kind of board am I hoping to hit OTF and which worst hands would pay me off?
An A-high dry flop where no one is betting/raising and worst TPs or middle pairs would pay me? And have to play this OOP? 
Or by calling PF am I hoping to hit the perfect flop? In the case of AQo, for example, a made str8, top 2 pair, trips...
I have the same questions when playing AJo in that spot PF or something like TT-JJ: they aren't weak enough to fold, they don't look weak enough to play PF passively, but they don't look strong enough to play the post flop as top or overpairs, being OOP and against more than 2 opponents.
