Is this a reasonable squeeze or is ATo too weak for this kind of play? Never certain about the correct level of aggression in a tournament

I think you are too deep to shove this. If you feel that the initial raiser is loose and likely to fold to a 3bet, then squeezing to 1600 could be a good option.

I would prefer to call here and see what happens on the flop.

We are playing 33bb effective. If you 3bet to like 1.600 you have 3.360 effective behind against 2 players. Than you are committed if 1 of them shoves and is shoving not to bad I think, but you can ask yourself what kind of range a unknown at the micro stakes will open 3x from MP position. I don’t think there are to many weaker hands that would do this and I would fold without any info on him.
