Preflop: CO is a 100/25 whale (ok, after 10 hands, but he showed already 62o at SD). MP has adapted raises a lot of hands 2,5 bb to play with CO. I want to get in with the whale and have good pot odds with 2 opponents, further i have best position postflop. Both player still to play are not overly aggressive, and if s.o. 3bets Aces, i still have good odds in the family pot. Call.
Flop: an ideal cbet-flop, but MP does without. Till now, the whale showed initiative with strong hands or senseless bluffs. i hit the OESD, so i have equity, but no SD value. Bet or Check? I have 6 high and probably the weakest hand, but on this flop i have huge fold equity even against 2 opponents, that speaks in favour of the semibluff. If i hit the straight, it’s not obvious, and i have good implieds, that speaks in favour of the check. Which line is max EV?
