But i think i need a more efficiently way to improve my poker.
What do you think of what i can do?

When I was playing 6max in the beginning I have watched also a lot of w34z3l videos but that stuff was just waste of time for me. A skype mate who is playing up to nl5000 has helped me. He had explained different stuff to me and we have made every 1 or 2 weeks a hand review. After 6 month I was playing nl50 (i started on nl5) its even possible if you dont have so much time like me because of a fulltime job and i also did not want to spend all my freetime just for poker. If you think also that the w34z3l stuff is not helpful for you then you should maybe look out for a good coach.
Of course that a coach will help you to climb faster. He will help you to identify your mistakes and fix them faster is his job.
Your english is just fine don't worry. I follow your blog in the Spanish community just for you to know 
If you like you can post your stats here or on your blog and we can help you to find some leaks in your game. But you have to post some more advanced stats and by position.
So if you like post this stats : Vpip, PFR, RFI, 3bet&Fold to 3bet, 4bet range&Fold to 4bet, ColdCall, Cbet flop&turn& river ,Fold to cbet&turn&river, Raise vs Flop Cbet, WTSD, WWSF, WSD, River call efficiency.
We can start with this stats to see if you make some mistakes that you can fix.
So choose a limit for example for NL10 zoom because there you have the most played hands and post those stats as i said like in the next photo :
