Do you prefer cheap call or re-raise?
I would call as well and raise only for value or you have reads he will fold a lot if you would raise on the turn.

I would raise flop as you don't really have showdown value but lot of backdoor equity. Plus his min donk bet doesn't look that strong as default.
On turn you can go either way but having combo draw and pretty deep stacks I like raise more. Getting 3bet is rare and if he makes it you will quite often be priced to call with 11-12 outer.
Only issue is that your range is more capped after just calling flop. I would imagine you would often raise decent top pair or better. But same apply as on flop that his small bet look pretty weak and villain likely won't think of your range.
