i have this villain(SB) marked as a fish who bet flop and Turn...my question is...do i have the rights odds to call a turn shove or not?

how you guys play this hand? raise flop and call a shove?

Yeah, board is way too wet to just call behind. I'd raise flop and try to get it all in if possible.

Flop raise could be possible on a wet board like this, but easy spot to get it in as 2nd best hand. Turn is a easy fold. You need to hit a full house to win or you have seen making crazy moves with 2 pair and other stuff.
