This opponent was a very loose player with 94/39 stats, I noticed that he was very cally preflop.

So I really wanted to play against him and stack him if possible.

I think having the flush draw blocker in my hand kind of confused me during play.

How about the raise size on turn?

If he his a very loose player punish him with your straight.
I would raise to about 30~40BB, and shove on the river

We don't want to push out his flush draws, yet we still want to get him to call with sets or overpairs.

The effective stack is his -- 115 BB
If you raise to 25 BB, assuming he calls, there is 70 BB in the pot OTR, so his stack-to-pot ratio is around 1

If the flush misses, and the board doesn't pair, you can get max value, since he wouldn't fold trips or AA in that case.
I guess you don't want to see a Q either, since that would complete a gutshot if he holds AK.
