1) Its a close call on the river. Do you think you have the best hand here in 1 out of 7 times. It's close but i don't think so. Why? because on the river a potential flush draw arrives and you check. This is a sign for your opponent that you are afraid of the flush draw but you have a made hand that you want to play c/c with. So my experience tells me that most of the time he won't go for a bluff bet in this situation on the river. But as i said its close.

2) The problem here is "Ask yourself what will MP1 bet on the flop". 3 options. An Ace, a Queen or a Flush Draw. So i like the raise you have a vulnerable hand so try to protect your hand with a raise.

On the turn you can only beat the Flush draw here because of your bad kicker. Also UTG called cold on the flop which is not a good sign :) I would prefer to check behind on the turn and see what happens on the river.
