1) Please call the river. People do this stuff too often when the board gets paired on the river.

2) bet/call with top pair here, only fold when you have read on your opponent as very passive.

3) just to call is ok here. You at least just have top pair. The problem is when you raise here a lot of weaker hands will fold anyway and all better hands will 3bet you. The amount of weaker hands that will call your river raise is so small that it is not profitable.

4) fine - c/c is the best thing you can do.
