JJ in BU vs CO open-raise

Bit of a strange line as you say it's usually just going to be a 3bet pre even without info but as played i like just calling the flop cbet on a dry flop.Villain has very few draws to continue with so raising isolates vs say AT KT sets and QQ+.The draws like 53s villain likely isn't even opening pre from the co so were folding out all the hands like 66-99 possibly some Tx weaker kicker and bluffs with a raise.And we want to keep all those hands in to get some value from later in the hand and to keep villains turn/river range wider.If the flop was wetter and villain could continue with more draws i think raising becomes a much better option as villain can continue a lot wider.
