Money is already in on turn. River makes no difference on the desicion,
The lead on flop is already weird, but raising for value isn't to bad I think against a weaker player.
The turn lead is indeed weird as well, but based on the flop not to much and villain is now committed. Against a funky stack I wouldn't mind the line, but with the K♣: blocker a passive line could be a option as well with in mind you don't need to protect your hand. That means call flop and turn and shove the river for value.

I think you played well and I agree with Vorpal above

I think this is really well played. Weaker player can easily pay off with worse here and when villian donks the turn it solidifies our read that villian is a fish meaning we can shove with confidence here.
