KTo 2 pair on the river on a soaking wet board

I would Cbet turn around half pot for value and protection. River is a bad card for you, but I would consider to make a thin value bet. If you would do that you need to give up if you face a raise.

Cbet larger OTT ~66-75%.
OTR all draws get there. I am usually a fan of thin value bets, but here I would check behind. If Villain is not on a draw, the A:s looks just as scary for him as it does for you. What is the best worse hand that would call? Maybe KQ, KJ, K5s etc.. Rest of his range will either fold or beat you... IDK it's close.

Turn I am on the side of larger bet size-75%+ anybody that is going for the draws need to pay for it.

River is interesting, as all draws get there, but what would he call your PFR with and then check call 2 streets? I would learn to him having either a flush or a possible Kx... so maybe a thin blocker bet on river but if he raise need to fold..

This looks like a good strategy against a loose passive player, but in general I expect a little bit more than half pot on every street is better.

For me there is something "wrong" with your decision making process because its based solely on expected "exploitative play" but u have no evidence what so ever about Vilain being a particular type of player and that's not the way you want to take your decision.
It's more about learning how to play your range first and some combo of hands and deviate only based on solid read on the player or population tendancies.

My "intuition" based on my experience was to bet pot OTT. But it's not a valid reason ether to play that way !

Interesting its to see what solver do. I did not have the time to put the hand on GTO+ but i checked with gto wizard , and OTT he like to overbet nearly 50% of is range and x the rest.

ok..., now one last try : pokersnowie advice

pokersnowie prefer to bet 1/2 psb...:roto2: but looking of his range advice agree to overbet 60% of his range OTT in this scenario.

Takeaways:
 The 1/3 pot bet OTT was dreadful, since it gave good odds to any draws, and there are both spade draws and straight draws available.
 The solver would either check or bet 60%. Interesting, but since we're agreed no-one has any clue about the other players tendencies, either would be fine, but since the larger bet builds a larger pot that's the way to go.

I bet 75% on turn and on the river I would check/behind too because that is one of the worse cards for your hand and you don´t block any of his projects.
