I have not received any strategy points from PS this month even though I've played quite a bit. My recollection was that points would update every 1-2 days, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi rotta33,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date you last saw strategy points and so on.
Bear in mind that sometimes these things stop working for a bit then come back.
