Thats what i receive as messages, now they are telling me i am not eligible for this, what is wrong with it? is that how they treat the players? i spend my money on another room and didnt worried, because i know that today i should get that bonus and now im getting nothing, please do something and dont upset me more...

We generally advise members that the business-to-business transfers can take up to 3 business days.
I wouldn't start to worry until it has been more than 48 hours

You don't mention what room.

I suggest that you wait at least one more day.
Than, if it still has not arrived, create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the poker site name, the date when you joined and so on. It is also critical that you signed up using a PokerStrategy.com link.

Only customer service has access to the information needed to resolve this.
