If I would check/raise the flop I would make it around 60c in total and shove on a blank turn card. Even now I would most likely shove. Villain has less than pot size behind. Now you give villain decent odds to continue in position and the river is a really bad card for you.

I would never call this preflop oop, but mostly fold it and sometimes 4bet it when I think he is very wide (which might be bad).
Thoughts on this as well?

These AJo type hands play really badly as call to 3bet oop. We just end up folding too much postflop. So I would fold or 4bet.

Pre-flop depends on villain... I think there is room for 4-bet, call or fold...
Flop is nice - I agree with betting more.
Turn - I don't mind the 1/2 pot bet to keep some of his range in, but shove would be good too. It's a bit of a scary board but you block some of the hands that you'd be worried about. Shove is probably best given his stack size and the board.
River - bad card for sure, but at this point I agree with the call.

3 bet call oop NO bueno, besides that i am probably going all in on turn and raising more on the flop, to $0.70 or more. IMO
