Any info on both villains would be nice. Read less I would Cbet around 40c for value and protection against both villains.

Weird villain is leading turn on a blank turn. Only 54 and 22 gets there, but seems 2 unlikely hands in villains calling range pre-flop and on the flop.

It's tricky against a unknown, but in game I would shove as a well for thin value.

I would be more concerned vs a check-raise. This is really weird and badly played on this blank turn I think, whatever he had. This hand is very unusual and you should not be too concerned about what he had, this situation will not occur often.
