For help with your problem I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
You'll need to do it in English.
There might be a Dutch customer service link, but I don't know it.

Bedoel je de "Stay home freerolls"? Dit is een oudere promotie en deze freerolls zijn momenteel niet meer beschikbaar.
