I really don't know what villain has here... What is he reraising me on the flop with? A6, 44, 77-99? ...
Should I have done something differently in this hand?

Anyway, I don't think he is bluffing on the river...

Tricky hand, but I don't think you should play the hand differently.
You need to hit the flush to win and I don't think 3bet bluffing on the flop will work.

Considering the flush is the only win possibility. Considering also is a paired board. Considering hero is OOP. Do we have enough implied odds? (1)
I think I'd play the same, but I think I'd consider the A and Q live cards, at least against turn bet. (2)

(1) For us to consider the implied odds, we need to be willing to go AI with the flush on a paired board and probably we would need to shove directly, as we're OOP, thus giving villain an easy fold, unless he has some FH.
(2) If A or Q hits the river, and villain overbets as he did, would you find a fold?
