My only comment is that I would never flat call with AQo [1]
If you think that such a player is AK+ QQ+ you're a 3:1 underdog

       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    75.58%  74.21%   1.37% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
CO     24.42%  23.05%   1.37% { AQo }

If UTG is 11% over 5K hands, you can presume that they're tighter UTG since 11% is over all 9 positions.

3Bet pre or fold pre.
As played only AK beats you, since AT isn't likely for such a tight player.

If I see it correctly villain is raising 11% from early position and 22% overall. I don't think villain is tight. Especially on a 9 handed STT.
In this situation you have a decent hand sample. You can also check villain stats based on his 9 handed game. Most players will play more hands with less players at the table.

I would most likely 3bet and fold to a 4bet against a TAG. Post-flop is standsrd untill the turn I think.
I don't think UTG will ever shove QQ-KK with in mind that you show some strengh and the BB can beat those hands.
Without any reads a fold seems reasonable. You beat only AJ or maybe a weaker ace that makes any sense in a spot like this.
A range like AT+ and TT for both villians seems reasonable.
