I saw him calling flop/turn once before with a flushdraw, so I was already fearing the shove. So what do I do after this shove, is there any way I can fold here?
I think I'd pot it again on the turn, he's calling anyway.
On the river you should rather ask "Is there any way I can call?".
Without any further information you have an easy bet/fold on the river.
His stacksize indicates he's at least somewhat incompetent and therefore I expect him to be calling or folding basically any hand that's not a flush or full house.
If you had some strong reads on him the decision might change, but he would have to bluff a lot to make a call profitable.
You have to consider that he limped so there are basically all 72 FD- combinations in his range (except for the ones blocked by the boardcards and you can exclude some high broadways because he's raise them preflop).
Furthermore he called two streets so we can usually rule out complete air from his range.
So he would either have to bluff a hand like a busted gutshot or he would have to turn a pair into a bluff.
Both are rather unlikely.
