TAG/FISH- Loosing player that call to much 3bet.
We have some history where he 3bet loose and i have called loose sometimes, but think he view me as Nitty.

Pre flop - He been opening very loose so his range from utg is not to strong , so i though i mixed it up- Toughs about 3bet.

Flop - when he donk my guess he range is pretty strong or maybe dubbel gutter, so that he will induce action from me from my weaker holdings.
So i play along since i would raise my air - Slowplay flop ?

Turn- I would like to induce him to shove obv. What about betsize here?

Hi,

nh, well played.

Preflop: fine
Flop: Don't slowplay, as there are many scare cards for you out there.
Turn: 53 and BD-FD arrived, so I'd bet 199$ to get value from his draw hands.

What did he have?
Let's see what the judges think.

Best regards,

PF://: well, if he calles a lot of 3bets i am not sure i would refrain from 3betting marginal and make it heavily towards more valuehands. However, he is a regular, so might be recognizing this, definitely, so for deception, once in a while to mix in low pps is not bad, esp if blinds were squeezehappy.

F:// good! r such board looks more testing + weak to him most prolly coz its pretty dry. If u have the history where u showed calling down with Ahigh though fe, i would like to slowplay too definitely. But it depends how he views u, if u have shown more agression, rather than stubborness, just raise, if viceversa just lean tow calling. his range is overpairs, strong Tx which he might induce to r and play for stacks with coz he might see u tilty, and str8draws going for prizesetting+multiplebluff potential

T://i dont like the betsizing again, your bet screams for being committed, ~100$ is absolutely sufficient, u induce more shoves from weaker.

also: as played, u can cbehind sometimes .. depending on how wts happy he is, for deception again, coz he ll shove most rivers if he is agro, but tighter in calling. If he is stacking with Tx here always and making bad assumptions about potential fe, then just b/c as u did always, but still.. i dont like the size.

Just a cooler/setup

I know most people don't even think about folding a bottom set. Still, i would like to start a discussion, because this is an extremely interesting spot. As played, its nearly impossible to fold bottom set.

But, what if we get shoved on this flop? Ofc, it may be JJ (overpair to T-high flop; QQ-AA are very rare), but what are the other hands that we do actually beat here?
