I'd call it down. You can't fold before the river. He's very aggressive and his range polarises between hands that beat you and desperate bluff/value bets with worse hands to make you fold your draws.

Hi!

Fold before the river would be a big mistake since you have too many outs plus the chance to be ahead.
And yes against this guy I also call the river since I assume he 3-bets with a lot lower pockets,QT,JT,9Ts type of hands and you just dont know how he plays them
