Hello PokerStrategy-staff,
I signed up about 3 weeks ago and fulfilled all your requirements. I completed the quiz successfully and signed up under your bonus code at partypoker (username=Jaken19) and saved the account name at "My profile" at pokerstrategy.com. I just want to know why i don't get the cash money transferred to my partypoker account? What else do I have to do?
I'm looking forward to a soon answer.

Could it be that you received an email from us to send in an ID check? Please review your email and additionally your trash folder. If there is no email please contact our support via ticket which can be found under 'Help'.
I didn't get a mail and even contacted your support some days ago. Didn't get an answer..
Hmm that is weird. :/ Mayabe the support member is at vacation. :/
Can you write a new one? (Don't write a new answer to the old ticket.)

What do you mean by "choose your room?" I signed up with PartPoker under "Jaken19", which i want to have the money transferred. I saved the username under "My Profile" here at Pokerstrategy.com.
Do I confuse something?
