This hand seems to be quite interesting to me.

This villain is a reg, who seems to be aggresive and bluffes and semibleffs a lot.

How you play this hand?

Flop:

I was beetwen calling, caling or reraising.

As played on river i thought about beting 3/4 to bluff his hand. With a made hand, or strong hand he would probably bet again?

What is the best line in spots like this vs aggro villian?

I know I had nothing, but still I have some outs for a nuts. or even K might be good.

Cons is that If I hit a nuts he won't pay me often because he has a lot of junk in range.

When you have this agro reg to your left, leave the table or at least tighten up. KJo its a fold pf for me.
About the hand, im not sure, but i like 3betting/calling flop (and pushing any turn if flated) more than calling and cf'ing most turns.

I thought about 3bet but session run bad and maybe i was scary money;/

I open KJ to play with fish on blind.

if you think he is bluffing there a lot then I think 3-bet flop to 5$ and then either calling shove or shoving any turn is reasonable play. You have enough equity and I doubt he is always raising there Qx and if he is doing that with Tx he should fold quite often on the flop or turn
And KJ is very standard open at late position
