We had some history. He was frequently 3betting me and I was usually playing back. Don´t know what his flop minraise means but I just called and let him continue with his bluffing range.

I don't expect villain to be bluffing the turn that often once you call on the flop. It's a 3 bet pot and other than A :spade:K :spade: the only hands you are bet calling the flop with are overpairs (KK/AA). Given this I don't think villain tries to bluff you off your hand very often.

If you think there are still some bluffs in his range I marginally prefer calling turn+ river than shoving.

Agree!

The only thing is, that he might think we have JJ/TT in our range along with some A :spade:x :spade: that we 3bet preflop as a bluff.
I also prefer calling over shoving on the turn as vs better hands we'll be all in anyway but there are some bluffs in his range that we don't want to scare away.
