Until then, perhaps you can work with their support to resolve this.

In the past, when this happened to me I had to use wire transfer as a last resort.
It was costly, but I did get my money.

Can you use Ecopayz, Skrill or Neteller?
To use any of them you will most likely need to deposit using that method at least once.

I'd echo what VorpalF2F said and contact support regarding this. I don't have access to any of the payment related systems so customer support is your best option for a resolution.

We're looking to consolidate the two existing Unibet Open qualifier tries down to a single route to make things easier to understand. There are two possible options we're looking at just now: -

A) €0.20 -> €1 -> €5 -> €25 -> €250 -> €1,100

or

B) €0.40 -> €2 -> €10 -> €50 -> €250 -> €1,100

We'd like your input on which of these you would prefer and any reasoning behind why you made that decision. Please post A or B and your reasons below.

Regardless of which route we end up using exchangers will stay and we'll make sure there are ways you can migrate tickets that don't work in the new system.

Is there any way I can get StrategyPoints or participate in this rake race? My account on Unibet is years and years old, registered via some sportsbetting site's promotion probably. Or would it allowed to close my old account and start a new one for this purpose?

Hi,

You can copy/paste individual hands from the poker client in the History tab. It would be up to the developers of the 3rd party hand replayers to implement support for the hand histories.

Creating a new account would not be allowed.

Hey, I asked for hand history with stakes differentiation as usual and like you told me to few months ago and this time I got answer that it is not possible and I can only get overall hand history. So, is it really not possible anymore?

Depends on the specific request. If you asked for cash game results broken down by stake you'll be sent a single sheet now as the stakes are separated per day in that report anyway and you can just filter/sort as required. For any tournament formats the agents will need to send individual reports for each stake. If you can provide me a table alias I can check which agent gave you the information and remind them how it works.

I asked for "nl holdem cash game hand history with stake differentiation". And I received hand history with date, hands, flops seen and results. No stake, just a mixture, so there was no way to filter anything. One of my aliases lately was "RomanPiroman".

Sounds like they forgot to select all stakes when generating the report.

Would it be plausible to have cash game data sent automatically e.g. biweekly or only possible by requesting it manually each time? Just asking as I have bankroll challenge going on and was planning to give out hand amount and BB/100 data biweekly for report thread.

Unfortunately this cannot be automated at this time.

Ok. Btw have you thought out bet size buttons size how much in UI design? Because I have managed to misclick call etc. below those buttons quite a few times. I think vertical size on those could easily be 1.5-2 times what they are now and still fit without any issues.

I don't think anything specific has been discussed. There are some table UI updates happening in the next couple releases so they may have adjusted them in that.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer poker for German players from the 21th of September 2021 from 04:00 CEST. German players will not be able to register for Unibet Open qualifiers with immediate effect and we recommend unregistering any other tournaments that are due to start after the 21th of September 2021 at 04:00 CEST.

Tournament tickets, bonus points and playthrough bonuses will be converted within 48 hours after the 21th of September 2021 as follows:

- Tournament tickets (HexaPro/MTT): Any active tickets will be converted to cash. If you have Unibet Open tickets that will expire before the 20th please post in the thread and we will extend them so they will be included in the conversion.

- Bonus Points: Any remaining bonus points will be converted to cash at a rate of 1c for every 1 bonus point.

- Playthrough Bonuses - Playthrough bonuses (excluding first deposit bonuses) will be converted to cash.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and invite you to play any of our other great products!
