Hi Iam back!
No Sven I did not go to the EPT Malta or any other big event!
My reason for not being seen hear is even more unbelievable then that.
It was a complete core meltdown in my brain.
I tried to do to many things at work and in my Life, and it had to be done now!
Result-- I run stright in to the famous wall, and get stuck there in no no land.
Doctors diagnose was a medium severe depression.
Funny thing now is that when I start playing Poker again I found it to be good therapy for me.
You have to focus on the game, and that make at least my mind calm. I have not had even the very softest tilt so far.
I have a completly new way of seeing the Word now when I slowly coming out off my confusion.
It is Bright and full of oportunitys, every thing is possible.
Just dont try to do it all at the same time!
So now I have realy exposed myself, will I really post this here, and should I.

I was shure that I had a red card in BR callange, but it is just yellow so I try again.

First Week is good to look back on.
For the last 550 hands or so I have played NL10, and for some reason I feel more comfortable there then on NL2 and NL5. My playing style is now more lose and aggressiv then Before. Im not as scared to lose a hand that I was Before. I know there will be delt a new one in just a moment, and I can win that instead.
Poker is to give and take I am going to take all I can get.

I have deposited $ 20 in Party Poker, 100% bonus.
Not cheating,:sifflote: I took it from my existing BR.
The bonus must be played at CG and paid out in 10% increments.:gl:

I also have two open missions, SnG $5 and CG $25. (It seems like SnG not apply 50/50 game.) Can be quite difficult to complete SnG, there are very few standard SnG started.
But on CG I have just one hand left to win with, stright flush, and them I get at least one every day.:mdr:
I should first focus to clear the deposit bonus at CG tables NL10.

I certainly have overestimated my poker skills.
Played way too aggressive and no thought of pot control when I encountered resistance.:sfishy:
I know that big bets means a hand of five Ace or better, still I call, or try to bluff all in.
Bad game, I can do better!:fouet:
I think it's a good idea to take a moment and do conscious breathing before and during a poker session. I will try to implement that.

Never play with maniacs to the left, make sure to always sit in position to them, if not, leave the table immediately.

Do not let the bonuses and commissions affect the game.
It's extremely bad economy to lose $15 for the minimal chance (0.002%) to win $10,000.
What I usually win is 1-2 USD.

December 11
Ho ho ho here comes the season's first snow plow.
Perhaps it will be a white Christmas.

I Think I have to adjust some of my gameplay strategies, the shortest way to the goal should be a stright line!

This week I send two reports, they are not at all alike!
Week 50 is mostley played on NL10 tables and also played very bad, mixt with som bad beat.
I must learn to see a big raise for what it mostley is, nut hand, and not call just to be shure.
There are not much more to say about that week, I learn not to spew away so much chips on bad bluffs and calls.

Week 51Well now to the next Week.
I played 250 hands on NL10, 1200hands on NL25 and 160 hands on NL50.
Whay I started to play so high over what my bankroll allows me to do I cant give a good explanation to, I just did.
I have notised that my stats get much more statistically "good" .
Theory on that ! I can't take lower stakes serious because I don't see the winnings high enough to be of any significant.
and therfor I tray to bluff and steel from the Calling stationes. On the very lowest stakes this play is not +EV.

Just a personal tought on whay I play better now, and win more to.
Being to scared to mowe upp in levels despite I have played Poker more or less regulary for five yeares now.
I play to high level poker for NL2-5 and maby for NL10 to.

On higher stakes I can sit and wait for better hands without losing patient.
And yes I know that this is the worst wey to handle down swings but if I set stop loss very low and stop play if I experiens, like two BI loss.
Of course it can be just a swing of good fortune that ends tomorrow allready, but I give it a try.

I have come to a conclusion!
Money, I don't want any!
Every time I collected some I spew them away.
I play fancy poker (bluff, chase draws and just have to call to see if they bluff) or move up to levels that my BR is not big enough for (2-3 BI) and losing it all in just a few "bad beats"(eg.bad play).
Now there is a new year coming up and I will put an end to all that.
I will not make any new-year promise that I can give up on! "I always do!"
Instead I will set up a vision of what I have accomplished this day a year from now.

I play poker as semi-professional and supplement other income with at least 14000USD/year. ~1165 usd/month (~53usd/day for 22 days a month)

I play at Party Poker because I have money there and because it's soft.
I play NL4 because that's what my BR (25BI on NL4 tables) is good for.

I play an average of at least 300 hands/day, 5 days a week. (1500h/week) I set 5 days because I want to spend some time with family and friends to.
1500 hands are probably on the low side, but it is a goal that I can't miss.
I evaluates week1 and set new goals for Week2.

I plan to start of in a very carefully way.
Play, analys and really be observant to what I do wrong. And also what I do right.

Not so good week.

Specific, I play poker online, NL4 at Party Poker
Measurable I played 3009 hands and one Hero SnG
PT 4 tells me that I have a little bit of bad luck
Net won -$18 and all in adjusted $7
But that's not the hole truth I think.
Mostly I played as planed, but I fall back to old sins and bluffing, overplaying big pairs, calling and inflating pots to much.
All of them very costly mistakes on Micros !

As a rule of thumb: when you bring it in with a draw, be the one who pushes, not the one who calls. So you have at least FE.
