Hey Ava!

I decided to actually try some serious multitabling. To my extreme surprise, I could actually do it :P Thought I was too old to learn. First 6 tables, then 8. Having the tables tiled was completely impossible for me. Too much info at once for my brain, and too much movement. Having them stacked confused me, but cascading them worked. I even went up to 10 tables, but then the computer (and I) lagged a bit, and I timed out a couple of times. Wasn't playing my A-game for sure, just ABC poker. Have done three hour long sessions without any serious mistake (except for mediocre poker).

A positive side effect: For once I concentrate of what I'm f-n doing. (While I write this I'm of course playing poker, but not 8 tables, just 2 as usual. )
Another one: If for some reason I need to collect points = pay much rake fast, then there is a way.

It was actually you who has inspired me to try it out. Thank you _biggrin:

Im such a failure, not enough volume and keep dragging myself down to 5/Tc because i feel so comfortable beating it for 4BB/100 .. Im forcing myself to play more 25/50c I need to get it right this time. I cant keep sulking and look at my "students" who fly up the stakes and past me. ugh. I hate myself for this...

25/50c for this year. motivation has been really bad because i think i play well but it never seemed to work out until the past few sessions.

stats
vpip: 27.5 pfr:19.6 3bet: 8.18 wtsd%: 38.6 w$sd%: 54 agg%: 42 agg:1.73

Hey Ava.

Are you deliberately playing this tight at these limits? I mean, don't get me wrong, even though its a bit on a tighter side, it should be enough to win. Just curious :)
I'll probably do a bankroll challenge in the near future and I have no idea what to expect.

No im not doing it on purpose. I do know that I 3bet a bit less since at 5/Tc i cant even care about charts anymore. I raise KTo in the LJ and win with it my real stats are more like 32/24/9 at 5/Tc this year. But due to the fact that i havent really ever been 3betted this much or seen so many raises as a general i guess it makes me have to fold more hands as i normally open a lot of hands like Kx BTN / CO and when 3 regs raise and 3bet obv fold.

For you I think it would be a piece of cake though. Just expect if you go to 2/4 - 5/Tc that your gonna be practicing 4+ man pots a lot. just raise the hell out of them and bet bet bet with practically anything. I average 4.5BB/100 this year alone at 5/Tc .. Funny I wish I could say that about 25/50c :(

Been working extremely hard on my game and tried my very best to play some quality poker at 4 to 5 tables of 25/50c .. So far its my most winning month ever in my FL history :P

running good but damn its been needed I finally think I cracked the nut so I can just relax and grind at 25/50c without worries. Found out I had some pretty serious leaks game wise but also 1 mentally. Which seems to have fixed itself while ive been fixing my game and feeling a lot more confident.

sorted by most winnings per month. and the monthly graph so far.

only 4k hands but since i play 200 - 400 hands a day its spread over pretty much all month. Heres hoping I can continue my little streak of winnings for just a while longer. soon enough ill be able to get back to beat 0.5/$1

$7,87 per hour... That's not too shabby. There are poker pros in Russia, who earn less than that

Today ive been grinding like a ton more than I have for months.

a whopping 1292 hands, it was a good idea though since i ended +$33 or 66BB .. Its a lot when I am used to play about between 120 to 400 hands per day.

This month

320BB

Granted ive been running pretty good I still think I can contribute my recent success also to me fixing some leaks and getting a lot more confidence. The regs aren't as scary as I used to think they were, in fact they got a lot of leaks that ive tried exploiting as much as I could.

Also since ive never really been the one to play thousands of hands per day ive never really earned VPPs much on stars per month in fact its been almost 6 months ago i last got SilverStar

But this month due to me having played more and more at 25/50c compared to the 5/Tc before im actually at 409VPP and only need 90.75VPP to SilverStar. I think im gonna go for it. I still got 4 days and I think I can if not ill play the last day for how long it will take.

All in all im extremely happy with my play I feel I am getting better and better

ps. and for once results are rewarding me for good play at 25/50c

I do pop in and follow this, although it's been many many moons since I sat on a FL table. I used to play 0.5/1.00 but on full ring. You would not beloieve how many family pots there were. My firend used to say after 7 callers, how do you feel about your aces now Mal? So I wimped out and gave it up.

I bet the regs aren't as scary anymore simply because you play better. Maybe it's their turn to be wary now!

Just a quick question, I find that when I make a sudden leap of hands played, I get really tired near the end and go into zombie mode, do you have that problem or are you fitter than me?

Oh, good luck getting those points by the way.

Anyway, sorry if I waffled too much, it's my standard state, why use one word when 100 will do.

Regards,

Mal.

LOL yeah i wish i was playing back in those days where $5/T was as fishy as 10/20c now.

this is not a session in one go. I started playing after midnight which is like soon 24 hours ago. Since its really warm here in denmark and its to die for. like I haven't been in a t-shirt for 2 weeks now :P So hot I can't sleep at night. So I played like 2 - 3 times until 7 am from midnight and then had a sleep and played like 3 this afternoon until 2 hours ago.. 6 sessions the last 24 hours to be more specific.

and its not more than 15 minutes to 1 hour at a time. I have never been comfortable playing for more than 1 hour at a time.

Perhaps im a bit fitter than you :P But it still havent made me able to play more than max 1 hour at a time. I am in the gym monday tuesday thursday and friday.

Today was not a fun day. But I guess I have to get used to them.. cant run 5BB/100 forever :P It was mentally challenging to be honest even though its not a lot. Its just its been a while since ive had to deal with such a frustrating session. not because of the money that doesnt bother me much but more how the session went flopped straights rivered by FH. A high flush beaten by a T9s straight flush just a few examples and most of it was against this maniac my god *sigh* . phew im honestly glad I am going to bed now

on another note I just now checked how many VPPs until SilverStar.

Spoiler

2.39 VPP are you fucking serious

Its been 5 months since i even played half what i did this month. So im pretty proud of the volume even if its just one day for the SNE grinders :P

Picture tells more than a 1000 words. Thats why I LOVE graphs and pictures more than write a loooooooong story everytime.

br now at $350.79

ps. first month ever that i say hello to profit at 25/50c

So far ive been exploring some HUSNG and HUFL zoom. I know that is a rake trap and all. but HU is fun and challenging for me :) I definitely would love to get better at it. That would also improve my 6max HU game a bit I feel

So this occured today I have tried it a few times before but its still so fun

Heres how it has been going so far. only like 800 hands but I really like it so far. :P

So I saw this sunday NL (OMFG :O) 50FPP tournament and since I had all night I might aswell try it afterall it was 50FPP

That is so sick ! :O

Last hand was me shoving AQs and the biggest fish who was the chipleader of the tournament (irony?) and another guy called

fish = AKo
other guy = JJ
me = AQs

and the K comes on the board .. sad panda but im pretty proud of ending at 80th place considering I haven't played more than 1k hands of NL for the last 3 - 4 years.

NL is really for the luckboxers. saw multiple times premium hands cracked by stupid crap like 85o and 93o the chipleader called all in for 2/3 of his stack with 58o and the other guy showed KK and board 95J T 5

ofcourse prem hands get cracked in FL too i dare say even more often. But man its the call all in for almost his entire stack with 85o I mean seriously who in their right mind would do that. the 1st prize was about $300 .. don't you want to win that ? seriously.

ps: I like the guy who has 34 chips left's name

So Ive been playing the HUSNGFL 3.5s and 1.5s this month and after i actually was told how to play preflop its all a lot easier. I did have a 42/19 record at 1.5s but I was like 2% ROI at 3.5s while 1.5s was 28%ROI so 3.5s wasn't my favorite.. All last year.

so ive played like 13 this month 3.5s Turbo's and so far im up +$16 yay (that is counting in the nl sunday 3.60 win)

so 5BI up

got 3 wins at 3.5s which counting my 25/50c cash game profit together ends my total profit for the day $24.24 what a nice number.

and heres something creepy

one of the sessions profit was $12.24

My oldest daughter's birthday is 24th december

12th month 24th december

So I was examining my DB for any leaks and session reviews. Its like 5 am here right now and I can't sleep, so anyway I didn't want to play 25/50c as i want to do that when im fully awake and then I played my good old 5/Tc for a 30BB profit mindlessly playing (lol) Anyway I was filtering out my hands from this year only and I noticed my 5/Tc and I opened my graph and was like wtf is this.

My private ATM <3 Thank you for giving me hope in humanity <3 *sarcasm*

heres 25/50c for this year

my 25/50c is getting a lot better and I am confident that I just need to play a lot more to show a graph similar to my 5/Tc (My 5/Tc looks the same for the last 160k hands)
