When I started at NL10 it looked terrible and I almost lost all hope but now things are going ok again ♦
Las55i, as i final got back my stars account and can play in normal place :)... i wanted to ask about Your NL10 zoom. 1) You allways buyin full 100bb and do You rebuy back to 100 imidiatly or lets say at 60-70-80? Do You leave table if You have 200-300bb ?
Yes I always buy in for 100bb and keep it there. That is recommended because bigger stack gives you more room to pull fancy moves, you will get more money when you get all-in and it also let's you setmine more profitably.
I usually leave the table when I have close to 300bb because I'm not very experienced in deep stack play.

So why did I call him? I think he is trying to tell me that he has a good hand. Unfortunately he is overselling his story a bit.
I think that flop call is standard but OTT my hand is quite crap. If he had bet smaller, a standard 2/3 bet, I would have folded.. Now that he bets big it looked more bluffy to me.
And that river. Vs smaller bet it would be 100% fold for me but what hands would he really shove there? I don't have any hands that could call on that board. So I thought about it for a while and then decided to see his bluff.
Over a small sample villain looked like a lag fish with high AF and way too high cbet%. That made my decision a bit more easy.
Shitty day today... I don't get what happened. I just played bad. And had bad luck on top of that...
Let's see if I can make a comeback tomorrow ♦ this week has been not so great.
Hi, think I spotted you at 10NL yesterday. Is your sn similar to you SN name here?
Good luck with the grind!
Yea, my screen name is la55i_ at stars.
I was donating money yesterday... Did you get some?
I was thinking about getting some poker software that could help me improve my game but I'm not sure which one to get..
At this point I don't want to spend too much money.
Flopzilla might be nice and not too expensive but is there really any good benefits in using that? Something that I can't do with Equilab?
CardRunnersEV looks nice too but not sure about that.
I would like to get Snowie but the starter version has ridiculously low hand upload and scenario evaluation limits. And the pro version is way too expensive for me right now.
With the starter version I could still analyse my most difficult hands so that might help a bit?
What do you guys think? Do you have any good tips for me?

Shitty week. Lost a lot. Played bad and ran bad. I cashed out all the rakeback I have been saving so I still stay above 500$ but my graph doesn't look nice ♦
I hope next week will be better.

Very very nice hand. Nicely played too ![]()
Looking forward to next weekend home games:f_thumbsup:
Yea
I'm not sure yet how many events I'll be playing but I try to play at least one or two
I just got access to HM3 Alpha and I have to say that the interface looks nice and fresh ![]()

It has a lot of great new tools and I would say it is easier to use than HM2.
At the moment I'm having some problems importing my database but I hope I will be able to do that soon.
I'll be playing with this in the upcoming days and will let you know how's everything going

Oh so nice -- too bad you didn't get to show it.

Indeed it would have been nice to get it to showdown.. Maybe I should have made a smaller bet but I thought he can have Ac or full houses or something and betting big would be maximizing value on the long run.
So apparently the old database cannot be imported for some reason. I still could import all of my old hands though. But I had to re-create my hud. Creating a hud is easier in HM3 but it still needs some tuning to be perfect.
Some things that I really like:

You can take a picture of your graph only by clicking one button. No more screenshotting and cropping.

It has a lot of powerful filters. Those situational views are great. I feel like this will be very easy and powerful tool to analyse your game. HM2 is too of course, but HM3 should be a lot easier to use.
There are some things I dislike too but it is just an Alpha. I haven't yet grinded with HM3 on or used those fancy filters and reports. I'll look into those later

Same in HM2 ... Save is just screenshot and print friendly save is without the heros name etc... I guess that you have not noticed that

Omg...That can't be real ♦ I have totally missed that.
