I checked the results today. Currently my BR is at $95. Hopefully when I'll check it again I'll be ok to take a shot at nl5 <fingers crossed>.

It's funny because I had a feeling lately that I am loosing day by day, and apparently I have like 8 days winning streak!

Anyway, tomorrow I'm gonna learn some more, analyze my hands and play in the evening.

I think I'll take a shot at 25BI's with stop loss at 5 BI's (I mean when I loose 5 BI's I'll go down).
I used to play FLHE at much higher stakes + I played some nl5 in the past and was a winning player. With proper table selection and focus it should be ok. Also I have no problem with going down when things will not go as planned

With higher limits I'll use more conservative BRM

As far as I know Poker Stars has got one of the lowest rakes in the internet...
For me for my last 20k hands it's 9bb/100, that's quite some part of my winrate.

As long as it is well below your winrate, that would be OK wouldn't it?

To really convert rake % to BB/100 it would be necessary to know the average pot size.

I've never actually done calculations on this, and my database doesn't have enough NLHE hands to make the numbers meaningful.

So time for a small update. During the week new promo started at PokerStars, which is called 20+Leaderboard. Unfortunately NL2 was not part of the promo, but I let myself check and my BR was $125, so exactly what I wanted to take a shot at nl5.
For a few days I am playing that limit now. Started with 2 tables, now adding 3rd. I think I would feel comfortable with 4 now, but I will keep on 2-3 tabling untill my BR will reach $150 (currently at $140).

I will take a shot at nl10 with $300 in my BR with stop loss of 10BI's.

As of leaderboard promo - not a single penny won from that, but it's pure luck, not depend on me so no hard feelings.

I am checking my results still in HM2 and wanted to see wether all-in cashout featue works good for me or not. I had a period when I stopped using it, but now I am using it at all times.

Please note that my tracker seems to not show exact results. Below is my last 24k hands in which my BR seems to show even bigger winnings for NL2 than the tracker does - I am not sure why there's a difference. Maybe because HM2 only recently launched an update which supports cashing-out feature and some hands were imported incorrectly.

As far as I know "Net Won USD" is what I would win if I did not use the feature, "$ USD (EV adjusted)" is what I should have won considering my equity when all-in and "Cashout Net" is my true winnings including cashouts (however this isn't true for NL2 as my real winnings are slightly bigger).

The sample isn't huge but I can see that thanks to the feature I had won more, than what I would if I didn't use it. The main reason for me is that I only 4 table max, and can spend only couple hours a day for grind so my monthly volume isn't great and this helps me to move on with my BR instead of getting stressed that I wasn't lucky latelly.
If I was a pro, I probably wouldn't use the feature, but since I am a low-volume-micro-stakes-part-time grinder I find this to be really nice.

The NL5 results seems to be accurate and I can see that I've paid approx $0,70 for all-in feature. My "cashout net" bb/100 is 13,65 and EV bb/100 is 14,29. So I paid approx 0,63bb/100. The volume is small, so I will post a result later on when I'll get more hands with accurate result - I hope HM2 will track those properly now.

It is usually in tournaments that one thinks of big stacks bullying the smaller stacks, but with 600BB in front of you you're playing with OPM (other people's money) -- unless you get it all in and lose your own 100 BB

Shoving over a UTG limp seems bizarre, though

I was checking the results tonight and my BR is little over $200 - that's very nice. I need approx $50 more and I'll take a shot at nl10 :f_love::f_love::f_love:
Currently my nl5 WR is approx 16-17bb/100 which is really nice! And which would be way lower if not cashout feature! If I didn't use it I would have half of what I made since moving to nl5. Also the price is 0,65bb/100 - not so bad!

I wanted to play in 2-3 events of micro millions, but it's not realy in any stadard of tourney BRM - however the BI's are really low. Yesterday when I wanted to make a cashout to skrill I got notified that I've got a deposit bonus pending and it was to deposit $20 to get access to 10 freerolls that give tickets for micro millions

The prizepool is same for all of them:

First one started just now but I decided to late reg (1h available) as it's only 144 entrants and in 1h I could be registering close to a ticket
I will be like 16bb then but it's okay - tbh I feel myself more comfortable playing short or super stacked when playing a turney.

Would be really nice to get a couple of tickets from those freerolls

PS1. probably someone will be asking - I think you had to register to PokerStars through their poker school to get this bonus which I did before I learned about PokerStrategy

PS2. I do not withdraw money from my micro BR to buy me something - I keep most of it on my skrill wallet so I can use it when such promos come up

2nd freeroll was starting at 1:30 am of my local time and I did not plan to play it. But I've finished my cash game session at approx 1am and before I prepared my self to sleep the turney started so I registered and wanted to give it a short shot - I wanted to double / tripple my stack and go to sleep (I was playing on my phone in bed).
But then approx 2am my son woke up, and as I was awake I changed his diaper etc, before he fell asleep it was like 2:30 and "only" ~15-20 ppl to bubble. When the bubble hit I was 4th out of 34 with some nice chance to get a $11 ticket but I sitout and went to sleep.
So after 2 freerolls I have 2x $5,50 tickets! I'll play tonights Sunday Storm and probably some boring regular NLH type event - maybe #13 if I remember
