I've never played the 18mans before. What are they like?
I've dabbled in the 45s and 180s before. At some point i'm gonna get back into the 45s

Hi mate,
Railed a bit last night and tracked progress on SS.
How do you evaluate that session? Will you review specific hands spots or whole SNG's ? Will you look at early exits and the like to find out if it is run bad or play bad?

Sorry to be a plonker, but is that showing a $52 loss?, if so that is certainly not yesterday?? This is over 2000 hands rather than over x Number of sng's?
What analysis if any do you get from this?
Sorry if my question is a bit messy.
Steve
Ye the graph on hem is crap the amount is incorrect was down only $32 this is because of tournament money. And about the number of hands, when I had PT4 the graphs where the same the only difference is PT4 said Sao sngs played instead of x amount of hands
What time you grinding today? I have spent HOURSSSSSSSSSS on SS searching winner players ect, and unless I am missing something is seems to be sooooooooooo hard to make money on sng's. Only the very best do well and as we know there are many 100's of 0000 players playing them.
I would welcome a chat on the subject, unless I am missing something it looks
like a grind of the highest order to make a modest profit from them from it, I know some players who repute to make a living from them and I can't see how from their stats. What do you think ?
Steve
Their are a few people who make a modest profit at the 3.50's and 7's but the majority of people are just bankroll building for the 180's, that said I have only seen 2-3 grinders at the 1.50,3.50 level 90% of the people are just randoms which makes them very soft just gotta put in a decent amount of volume.
I'm playing now
Hey guys,
Holdem Manager 2 also has an option to look at winnings in BIs rather than chips over x hands played. There's actually a report called "Tournament Winnings Graph" where you can see your winnings in $ or BIs, which you can configure with the "Options" tab in the bottom left corner. Maybe you already know this though, in which case you can just ignore me ![]()
I think the graph you use is when you go to your session report and make a graph of all hands you played. Though I think this can certainly be useful to see whether you're being hit by variance or not, I also think it's going to be somewhat skewed because of different absolute stack sizes. For example in the late stages stack sizes are of course larger than in the early stages.
Kind regards,
Tino
Ah now i remember why i didnt use that graph i could never get it to show my luck adjusted winnings. it always showed the same as my winnings no matter what. probably configured wrong :f_confused:.

Yes I do tag hands and review later esp my Iso shoves I always check interesting hands and this allows me to colour code specific people ie. People who stack off early in the tourney with junk.Limp folders high blinds.limp monster and the such. Mainly working on my FT skills ATM
Morning,
I tried a session at the 45 $1.50's yesterday 5.30to 7.30 UK time. I was trying to get 8 tables going but they took an age to load, managed to play 13 in the 2 hrs which for me is a lot
Are they normally that slow to load? If so I am going to have to load others types as well if I am going to get some volume practice in
DOH I am such a fish, I am guessing that is why you are playing 18 man also ?
BTW a good day for you yesterday ?

Ye you gotta mix in some other games for the volume. Around 6:00 UK time do the tables start to fill up at the rate of 1 every 2 mins which allows you to 16 table+ comfortably. Iusualy play at the rate of 20/h for a few hours(NEED MORE VOLUME)
Any day thats not a losing day is good for me atm ♦
Have'nt updated in a while will post graph at the end of the week. Being bogged down with leeds festival and just general +ev partying
page 1: full of thread savers
