As GG poker was just introduced in my Country I have decided to start up again, with a fresh mindset and motivation after a long long break.
Thus the 25K challenge was born!
Goal:
Achieve a win rate of 3 BB/100 over a minimum of 25,000 Rush & Cash hands on NL2, NL5, NL10 and NL25.
Why This Challenge?
To prove that I’m a winning player at the microstakes
To remove some of the pressure related to the value of money
This is NOT about money, it’s about beating the game
To train myself to see poker more as a game of points
To improve along the way without paying expensive lessons
To prove that I can stick to a strategy
To demonstrate that a bankroll can grow over time
Rules
A +3 BB/100 winrate over 25,000 hands unlocks the next limit in the challenge
If the winrate is below 3 after 25k hands: Continue playing until 50k hands, getting +3 BB/100
If the winrate is below 3 after 50k hands: Continue playing until 75k hands, getting +3 BB/100
If the winrate is below 3 after 75k hands: Continue playing until 100k hands, getting +3 BB/100
Additional rules:
Winrate is measured including rake.
Winrate is measured excluding rakeback and other promotions.
Freerolls are allowed, but they do not count toward BB/100.
Rakeback will only be withdrawn after completing NL25.
