Depuis début décembre mes strategy points n'ont soudainement plus été comptabilisés (0 point chaque jour malgré un volume important) sans que je n'en comprenne la cause (ils étaient comptabilisés début décembre).
Je suis sûr d'avoir fait un volume de mains importants durant fin décembre et début janvier.
Serait il possible de ré-associer mon compte à cette room ? et récupérer mes points ??

For Unibet.fr sadly we do not receive the reports to assign StrategyPoints at the moment.

I see in your profile we have your unibet.be username. However, the new reporting is based on the userID.
Could you have a look here in the guide - Step 3: https://fr.pokerstrategy.com/unibet/welcome-be/
Then change in the box below your username with the userID. Once this is changed, your points should be credited again.
