Non même pas, mais je crois qu'il était en tilt... Pas très longtemps après il s'est mit à 3bet main après main quasi 10x d'affilé et il a quitté la table

Petite good run dans les deux derniers jours, c'est bon pour la confiance... Ca fait du bien un retour d'EV. Faut pas s'enflammer l'échantillion reste petit et ultra variable, mais je vous avoue que la run commencait à me faire peur.

J'ai commencé à privilégier le table select au zoom, histoire de gonfler le winrate. Et c'est probablement ce que je ferai pour le restant de l'échantillon. Par contre y'a Belgianbeer qui traine sur mes tables, ça c'est pas cool.

Hey, yes i sent a few hands to the .fr basic coaching coach and he analyzed them. I missed the coaching live tho ( i just watched it ) so i wasn't able to explain clearly my plays, i don't say that all my plays are good but me and Luron have very different thinking process...He don't see what i see sometimes. I wrote some short texts for every hand but he didn't read it all too. But actually you can watch the replay on the pokerstrategyFR twitch

Bon, petit update pas très joyeux. Je me suis reprit un down de +/- 8BI dans les derniers jours. Du coup j'suis revenu à un sample de +/- 4BI négatif. Pas mal frustrations, beaucoup de travail mental pour tenter de rester stable. Je me claque souvent des pertes de plusieurs BI's back to back en peu de mains... Je relativise, il reste toujours plus de 50-60% du staking à jouer. J'suis dans les temps, donc je saute des journées sans poker histoire de pas trop surchauffer mentalement. Reste que j'suis assez déçu globalement de la tournure du sample, et qu'il est assez difficile à gober actuellement. Je continue à travailler, autant mentalement que théoriquement. Rien de plus à faire. J'voulais vous annoncer aussi que je ne ferai pas de update pendant un certain temps aussi, j'ai besoin de me détacher des résultats... Regarder des downswings comme ça perso ça m'affecte, du coup j'ai besoin de développer le moins de frustration possible. Je regarderai donc pas mon graph pendant un certain temps.

Tain vu ton humeur ces jours ci..

Yep l'humeur est pas bonne du tout... C'est assez intense, comme je disais sur mon blog la run donne quasiment le sentiment que les vilains sont invincibles. Même quand je touche flush, je me retrouve dans des spots où ça me x/s nutsé et je dois hero fold mdr. Disons que ça nourrit la frustration et que ça incite aussi à faire des erreurs... J'suis vraiment dans une run affreuse. Hier après ma session j'ai conclut que je devais aller faire du volume en NL5, histoire de retrouver un meilleur état d'esprit.

Ouais j'ai vu ta flush 7xs que tu dois fold river.. même quand tu touche, tu te prends un gros overbet dans la face.
Ça va revenir je n'en doute pas, tu as le level pour, tu l'as montré depuis un bail.
