why? 10bbs vs a 2.5bb OR is std, and hero has 60bbs..

on the flop u have to size it better, this is a 2 barrels spot and you dont want to overbet shove the turn

Cause you have the best hand preflop and you want to squeeze as much more money while you are ahead thus making your postflop game easier.

I believe that his preflop call/call and flop check/raise screams that he has a set. He would probably 3bet or 5bet QQ+ preflop and he rarely has a draw there in 3bet pot. My feeling sais that we can lay down the hand on the flop, although it's a tough thing to do.

This is not true. You are NOT squeezing AA here, you are squeezing you squeezing range. Which may be for example AQo+, A5s, QQ+. It makes the play unprofitable to squeeze AQo for like 14bb here, and squeezing just the top of your range with different sizing is really bad if not terrible.
