ZOOM 6MAX NL10

BTN: $12.94
SB: $11.70
Hero (BB): $10.10
UTG: $10.23
MP: $10.00
CO: $8.78

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with A :diamond: A
1 fold, MP raises to $0.30, 3 folds, Hero raises to $1, MP calls $0.70

Flop: ($2.05) 9 :club: 3 :spade: K :club: (2 players)
Hero bets $1, MP calls $1

I assume he can have TT+,AK AQs sometimes maybe more PP maybe KQs? also I'm not sure about my sizing, maybe it should be little bigger like $1.20?

Turn: ($4.05) T :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $1.74, Hero calls $1.74

Turn is T, so now TT,KK (maybe sometimes 99) beats me, and I beat JJ QQ, AK, AQs, KQs? I decided to check/call for pot control.

River: ($7.53) Q :diamond: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

River is Q which I think is scary for both of us. I don;t know if I played this right. Let me know what you think about this hand and his range.

I would definitely bet the turn there. Villain could call once more with hands like QQ,KQ,AK and with his draws. There are not too many hands that improved with that T but some of his hands got extra outs.
I would still say that you are likely ahead and can get calls from weaker hands so that is a bet for value and protection for me.

If the turn were something really horrible like Qc, I could see myself check too, otherwise I probably keep betting OTT, about half pot. The size of the flop bet seems OK, you can always go a bit bigger given that there are two clubs on the board and some other draws.

It’s too bad we don’t have any information of the villain in this hand, but without this info I would bet the turn for sure for protection and value. There are a lot of ugly river cards that could bring you in trouble.

Cheers,

We should bet turn as there are enough weaker hands that can call.

we dont have any information of vilain so its hard to give him a range we dont have fold to 3bet% we dont have 4bet% we dont know either is RFi from MP and we dont know stats of his 3bet pots playing OOP. Have you made a review of this hand with equilab? if you think that vilain will only call your 3bet with TT+ AK,AQs your a totally on value OTF.OTT you still have value to get from this hand and for protection against FD.OTT thing get a little tougher and you're not on value.Other thing about the range you give to vilain we dont know what is you 3bet% maybe vilain isn't afraid of you 3bet from bb and might have call with a weaker range and we dont know your flop cbet %.So all of these stats might have influence vilain in this hand.

OTF: You should bet a little bit bigger. Hands that pay to a bet on this board will pay 2-4 more bbs.

OTT: You should ALWAYS bet OTT. The card only improves only 6 combos (TT) and give some more outs to some possible fds (AJs, AQs). Against KK-99,AKs,AcQc,KdQd,KhQh,KsQs,AcJc,AKo your hand has 63.27% equity.

OTR: It's an easy check/fold. Against a range that pays flop and turn you have 24.07% equity but even if villain gives you better pot odds you should fold because it's unlikely that villain turns his bluffcatchers on bluffs like AK-QK and his possibles FDs hit the river (Midpair or Straight).

I agree that some hud info on the opponent would help a lot. Definitely bet turn there for value and protection against hands that got some extra outs....

I would bet turn here as well. River is indeed a x/f unless the bet is so small we can easily make up for the loss.

Are you sure you want to put KK in villain's range OTT?

I am completely with Hesticus. Concerning the line as well as thinking hard about putting KK in villains's range, because I really think this would be a hand he would 4bet pre.

Turn: Check-call for pot control works only if you are ahead (or intend to call a raise had you bet). But do you want to pot control when ahead?
