Bet the turn imo. I dont see why are you afraid of the flush when you hold the K of hearts. You still have plenty of value from his 1pair + gutshot hands lik JT, QT, JJ, QQ and weaker kings KQ/KJ. AQ,AJ with a heart will also call the turn.

River seems like a fold but you might have induced him with this tiny bet. If you want to bet - bet bigger. Now its a guessing game.

Bet turn for value. You can bet/fold if you face a raise on the turn.

When betting so small you will face more raises. Better bet more and fold vs a raise.
