Preflop call is ok.
Flop bet is too big for me. UTG should check a lot on monotone boards OOP and his check/calling range will be mostly inelastic with respect to betsize.
Bet the turn again for protection has some merits. Any club or overcard (except the A) will be bad. You can also check-back most rivers and fold when he leads. Checking back and facing a river bet is a tough spot most of the times.
His check/raise looks strong. Looks like slowplayed nuts with that size. I wouldn't mind folding, although you have position and a decent hand.

River is a clear fold. Calling here is too light with AT no blockers. You have so many better hands in your range to defend OTR (Tx with clubs, JJ-QQ, 66, 44, some weak flushes as well).
Notice his line: check/call flop, min-check/raise the turn and leads the river on a monotone flop board. This is ultra-value heavy and not because it is NL5.

I don't like playing against 3 suited cards on the board. I try to avoid losing big hands to a flush. I would pot bet the flop, hoping for a fold. Afterwards, I check/fold the subsequent streets. This is my standard cautious approach to flush scares.

Fold turn imo. You are rarely good here.

Folding pre-flop seems to tight against a unknown with ATs. Flop play seems decent to bet for thin value and protection. After his turn check/min raise I'm done with the hand. You beat nothing and if you call you need to call most blank river cards as well.
