Flop is kinda tricky, his range here is basically a flopped flush, set or broadway cards with one diamond. I can't see any good reason for raising, and I still want to pot control. Turn is pretty blank, seems like a standard call. River is not the best card, would he ever bet anything other than Q-high flush or better?
What's my best line?

I would reraise on flop. You're still ahead most of the times, and you want him to put money in the middle from his sets, weaker flushdraws and maybe Adx.
Besides, you'll be in problems if the board gets paired or another diamond comes in, as he won't pay you off with worse hands any more.

Like b/c flop, since if you 3-bet and he 4-bets then you´re at really sick situation 200bb deep, since he would generally not get all-in worse hands than Q or even K high flushes
You can maybe consider raising turn, but I think he isn´t really bluffing that spot and I again really hate raise/folding so call should be fine
I´d likely fold river, since I don´t see why he should turn his set into bluff and bet river and he would very likely also check his lower flushes and would only bet Q, K and A high flushes
