That’s funny for sure. The flop call is already close and the turn we let him fold everything except a flush I think. I would most likely check behind, because I don’t see a good reason to bet for value here. The river our hand is useless and we only calling to split and it’s likely he could have 9♦:
and a Q♦: that he slow playing on the turn with.

That’s true, but if he would check/raise the turn you need to fold and then you don’t get the change to hit a full house.
Fold flop. (BTW the HH is screwed up. Player 1 acts twice between your open-raise and your call preflop.)
