preflop is easy fold. You play oop the rest of the hand and you will loose really a lot in long run with it. Also when you hit your flush it will be difficult to extract value.

If you decide to bet that turn bet it bigger but still i think it is better just to check and hope everybody checks. When he raises you it is an easy fold.

My general advice to you is that you don't need to force yourself in such difficult situations with marginal hands. Play nice straight forward poker and you will beat NL2 in no-time.

You might be interested in this article. it is basic but it gives you an impression what hands are playable and what not. Using that chart will give you an edge over your opponents since you won't do many mistakes preflop.

Looking at the post I was also asking myself why I raised this hand or even played it.

I use the SHC but on some NL2 tables players are super tight so I play more loose. This is to much obviously. A better strategy would be changing tables or at least play weaker hands in position.

If guys are really tight you can steal more often (so play more often from late possition). but if some tight guy open raises this is a sign that you fold with weak hand. Your equity is really weak. You would like to call hands that are slightly better than his range or hands where you can play postflop nicely. Position is of course also one of the most important things in poker. So play straight forward tight aggressive style and you will see results immediately.

Snap fold pre-flop. You are playing OOP and with a hand that often misses and when it hits you have second best hand.

As played, definitely bet 6-7bb on turn. You are not repping a sh*t with 2bb bet and you are often getting raised off.
